Lake Saint Louis Eighteenth Annual Triathlon

The Lake Saint Louis Parks and Recreation Department is proud to present the 18th annual Lake Saint Louis Triathlon.  This year's event will again be held at the beautiful Clubhouse site located on the small lake and features a short and long course for teams.  The Organizers thank you for participating and promise a safe, competitive and enjoyable sporting event with a hometown flair.

Location:  Lake Saint Louis Community Association Country Club, 100 Cognac Court, Lake Saint Louis, Missouri
Time: Long course races starts at 7:30 a.m. 
Short course race starts at 8:30 a.m. 
Check-in begins at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 7:00 a.m.
Distance:  Long course  1/2 mile swim - 20 mile bike - 5 mile run (Team - long course only)
                Short course  1/4 mile swim - 10 mile bike - 2 1/2 mile run
Entry limit: 500 individual; 50 Teams
Awards: Awards will be given to the top three men and women overall, the top three places in each age bracket, and the top three places in the team category.   Awards ceremony will be held after completion of event. 
Entry:  Includes swim cap, water bottle, t-shirt, food and drink after the event.
